Your privacy is very important to Wine Knows. (“Wine Knows.”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and in order to best protect your information, we have adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), which applies to your access to and use of our website as well as to any and all information you submit to us in connection with your use of the website. By using the website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the website.
Wine Knows. may in the course of your use of this website and your shopping experience with us, collect and use personal information provided by you to us. While we may use this personal information to improve your service experience with us, we are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and the details of your shopping behaviour and preferences.

Retention and safeguarding your personal information
We will retain your personal information for as long as it is required to fulfill our obligations to you as our customer. While our entire company understands and respects your personal privacy, our Director, Risk Management is our appointed Privacy Officer and is specifically responsible for ensuring your personal information remains confidential.
Information collected by us may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States or in any other country in which we, our agents or our third party contractors maintain facilities. By using the website, you consent to any such transfer and storage of information outside of Canada, where data protection laws may be different. By using the website and providing us with information, you waive any claims that may arise under your own or any other local or national laws, rules, regulations or international treaties.
